It is suitable for all fitness levels and can be used anywhere with a flat surface. It is portable so you don’t have to skip any sessions when you travel.

Usage instructions:
-The sit-up bar should be set up on a flat surface that does not have any cracks or spaces on it
-Make sure the floor and suction pad are clean before setting up
-Place the sit-up bar on the floor and press the lock tab down to lock it in place (be careful not to hurt your finger when you press or pull up the lock tab)
-Adjust the height of the bar to your preferred level
-When you’re done with your exercise, pull up the lock tab and lift the edge of the suction cup a little to release it from the floor (do not pull up the sit-up bar directly)
